Rehan Anwar Farooqui serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of EZY Group. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s global finance organisation, which encompasses financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and risk management, financial operations, accounting and reporting, investor relations, internal audit, tax, and global business processes.
After joining EZY Group in 2006 as Senior Accountant, Rehan quickly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, leveraging his prior experience as Finance Manager at Aureole System.
Rehan’s career spans three decades, beginning with five years in commercial audit and accounting practices at reputable audit firms. He has received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting.
